LIMITED USE SOFTWARE SHAREWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

All Email Verifier software users must agree to the following terms and conditions before using this software. Please read them carefully.

PERMITTED USES:
1. You are allowed and encouraged to distribute this shareware file archive to others, provided that no modifications are made.

2. You are granted a limited license to use this shareware version for evaluation purposes until its expiration date. After the expiration date, this copy and all other copies you may have of this release must be destroyed and you must purchase the program if you wish to continue to use it. Just send in the enclosed order form, using your preferred payment method and the full package will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

USES NOT PERMITTED:
3. This license does not entitle you to use more than two shareware versions in a row without purchasing the product.

4. Under the terms of this license you are expressly forbidden to disassemble, reverse engineer, reverse, translate or in any way derive any source code from the included programs or make any modifications whatsoever to the program files.

5. Your use of this program constitutes an agreement to abide by these terms.

LIMITED WARANTY:

THIS SOFTWARE AND ANY MANUALS PROVIDED WITH IT ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND WARRANTIES FOR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE OR ANY MANUALS PROVE TO BE DEFECTIVE, Live Software Inc., SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS SOFTWARE. IN ADDITION, Live Software Inc. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES OVER AND ABOVE THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS SOFTWARE. Live Software Inc., DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTION OF THIS SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

MISCELLANEOUS:
8. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada. If any legal action is brought by Live Software Inc., regarding the breach of this License Agreement or in any other way to enforce this Agreement, Live Software Inc., shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any other relief, lost profits or lost sales of the software, other consequential damage, reasonable attorney fees, court costs and all other expenses of litigation. In the event that one or more of the provisions in this Agreement shall be held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless be valid.
